auto contract
if the contract wasn't signed by the seller of the car because it had to be changed, is the contract good. if not, can i returned the car and get my money back.

The contract should be signed by both parties; however, if you have had the car for any lengthy period of time, there may be other issues about now returniong the vehicle.
