Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My auto loan
In 2003 I went to a used car dealer and bought a van. I have a loan to pay on this van however the dealership i bought it from has gone out of bussiness and i have not been contacted on how to pay the rest of my loan. andi can not find out how to get my title. Do I stll owe on the rest of my loan? And does this dealer have the right to collect or repo my van.

Re: My auto loan
Why would the method of payment of the loan change simply because the dealer is out of business? How have you been paying the loan until the present? You may want to consider getting alternative financing from a third party source that can payoff the loan and have the title transferred to the new lien holder. I do not enough facts to give you any other guidance.
