Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Auto purchase
My son bought a used Honda Element from the Honda dealer last week. He and the dealer signed a contract indicating price, payment and term. He took possession and has driven it for a week. The dealer called him today and said that the original bank stated will not do the loan. They said they could get him another loan, but it is a higher monthly payment and different term. What are his rights?

Re: Auto purchase
Read the contract he signed. The rights are there. Hopefully, it will say that the contract is contingent on the loan. If so, he can return it.
