Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I got into an automobile accident on 12 December 2009 and had a rental car through my insurance company which is USAA. The rental car was from Enterprise rental car. I just returned my rental car today, 06 January 2010 and received my receipt for the car. About 30 monutes after I left I got a call from the rental branch saying I had to pay a detailing fee due to pet hair in the car because I had a pet in the car. My question is do I have to pay the detailing fee even though there was nothing in writing and the rental associate did not inform me I could not have a pet in the car. They stated that the car was no longer in a rent-able condition.

Check your rental contract with enterprise.
I doubt it. If there is no mention of that in the contract, I would say "no".
