As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. You need to read the contract of sale. Normally, one you sign on the line, you've bought the car. Not driving it off the lot or registering it in your name are not grounds to invalidate the contract. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
