can you operate a busiess along the beachfront where you sell to the public. (mobile ice cream vendor) what laws prohibit such ventures

Call the county and city that you intend to do business in and request that they give you an occupational license. Tell them the type of business you intend to operate and they should lead you from there. Good luck,
