bill of sale
I am selling a hair salon.I am not selling my corporation.The buyer is purchasing the assets and the right to take over my lease.Do I list the purchase price on the bill of sale as well as the asset purchase agreement?

A Bill of Sale will generally state the consideration as "Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration".
