Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Billing issue
We were having a billing question with a medical appliance provider. We stopped by their office and paid off our account. We received a paid-in-full confimration on our account. However, the company keeps sending us additional bills. After numerous phone calls they can't seem to get it straight. What should we do? We are afraid they will damage our credit rating.

Re: Billing issue
Looks like you may have to make another personal visit to the company's office, bringing with you the paid in full confirmation on your account and requesting to speak with a supervisor or manager who hopefully will be available to speak with you at that time.
