Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
If you have a binding MOU that is setup in order to work on details for a more formal agreement. Does the MOU become invalid once the formal agreement documents have been signed by both parties?

Usually the documents merge upon the execution of the more formal agreement, but it would depend upon the terms of the formal agreement and the MOU.
