I am a biz owner in the city of Gainesville fl and FDOT has blocked of the State Rd that my biz is on and will be block for 2yrs is that legal ?

The same thing happened to Harland Sanders (who later went on to fame with KFC) when a new interstate highway was constructed, diverting traffic 9 miles east of his restaurant. Happens all the time. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
