Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
boss owes me money
my last employer owes me for 1 and a 1/2--name removed--months work and comm he just kept saying next week till finaly he just stoped coming in and stoped answering everyones calles he still has an office there but wont pay or return my calls what should i do i almost lost my house of this i had to scramble to find a new job and am still working 2 jobs trying to catch up so i havent had time to do to much research

Sounds like he is trying to stiff you. Your only option appears to be to file a claim in small claims court.
