i bought a car from dealership only a verbal agreement and dealer changed verbal agreement after i have paid over 5000 dallors in payments as i have drove and taged the vehicle hes trying to take car back going to court and need some actual statue # of were he is in the wrong and laws rule and regulations on what way it should have been sold to me and a statue# on law of giving my money back nothing never was signed by me all of his prices and what taxes are different please help contact me today court tomarow 352 263 5179

Note that Statute of Frauds requires a written document when trying to enforce a contract relating to personal property worth more than $500. That being said, any verbal agreement may be unenforceable.
