Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Hello, I bought a Florida lottery ticket "Gold Rush", on ticket it says "Win prizes from $40-$500,000....I had a winning ticket of only $20. Is this something you can sue the lottery for false representation of winnings? Is it even worth the trouble, what type of financial gain can come from that for me, after all it seems I would only be awarded $20 more to reach minimum amount promised with the headache of going after them.

If you are right, you never know. They may send you another $20 for it. That may be worth a phone call to advise them of the error.
