Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I bought a vacation package in 8/2007. I could not travel since I had been sick, but was informed by one of the workers just to call for a reservation when I was ready to travel. Now when I called, I was informed that my package expired and needed to pay more to renew it. Shouldn't they give me at least one of the three vacation offers or something?
