out bound phone sales?
I am starting a buisness where I sell magazines over the phone. How would I go about getting a script legalized. The auctual voice contract where they record there agreement for me to bill there account is where im not sure of the law. Things like how many times they have to agree and how many times the total price has to be repeated. Any help you can give me on this would be appreciated.

You should schedule an appointment to have your script reviewed, and to receive a letter detailing a legal opinion of your script. The point of State and FCC regulations for telemarketing agreements is to ensure that the terms of the contract are clear to the customer. You need to have the entire script evaluated, not just ensure that some majical quota is fulfilled in the number of times the information is repeated.
