Breach of Contract
If someone comes to the city you live in to hire you as a sub contractor but the work is in another city and he doesn't pay you, in which city do you take him to small claims court.

Either one. You can sue where the Contract or agreement was entered into, where the money was due, or where the work was performed. It is your choice of courts.
