Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Breach of Contract

There was a breach of a contract by the other party. They disclosed information that the contract said could not be breached, discussed, etc. What do I do now....is there a form for the witness to this breach to sign?

Re: Breach of Contract

You should speak with the attorney who prepared the agreement in the first place. You may want to make a demand first, before actually filing suit. If your demand is ignored or rejected, then you may want to consider filing suit that requests injunctive relief and any damages recoverable under the contract or Florida law. Seek the advice of counsel and good luck.

Re: Breach of Contract

You could get an injunction to prevent the further dispursal of proprietary information and sue for damages. Talk to the attorney who drafted the contract to begin with.
