Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Breached verbal agreement
had a verbal agreement to go handle my event client through a collegues company as I am not yet set up. We verball agreed on me paying her 10% for the use of her contract et al.. Now that my clients contract is signed she is cutting me out of 90% of the revenue from my client. Now offering me 10%. She says I have no recourse. I have done all procurment, research, pricing, and proposals.
What can I do to at least negotiate a 70% me 30% her split.

You can consult an attorney to determine your best approach. It doesn't sound like you'll get very far with this on your own if she is quoting the law to you. Feel free to contact me on this.
