Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
We are trying to break a lease with a mall. The Business is a LLC, but on the contract it show's the name of the business and my home address as the address on the contract. Can we break this contract without having to worry about my house, personal assets or the balance of the lease?

If you signed the lease solely as an LLC, then there is no personal liability.
