Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

buisness

buisness partner runs off with money without being able to provide any backing on where the money went. I suspected something and when pressured he told me nope I'm resigning from the company I have incurred to much debt. It has left what we started to build dead in the water. within a six month period there has been over 1 million dollars come into and out of the account. Can someone provide me if there is something I can do. This has devistated me and my family

You need to speak with an attorney. There may be many things you can do, but you haven't provided me with enough information to answer your question.

You make it sound like he ran off with commpany money. Obviously, you could sue himf or that. Also, you may be abe to sue hm for breaching his duties as a partner, investor, or shareholder in your company.
