Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I am in a business that must advertise to stay on a competitive edge. We are consistently putting out door hangers into neighborhoods with a list of our current specials and coupons. My question is, since there is no knocking on the door, intent to push or sell a product, and we are simple just hanging a flyer on a door knob to advertise, can we legally hang these on houses that are marked "No Soliciting" since by definition, it is not fully soliciting.

Homes are private property. People can choose whether they want strangers to walk up to their doors. Check the law on Home Solicitations and required permits under Florida Statutes Ch. 501 to see if this applies to you. Why bother leaving it on those doors? It will just go into the trash and is a waste of paper.
