Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Business Affiliate
Does the term ''business affiliate'' have a legal definition? Do ''business affiliates'' (not web-based, necessarily) always have some type of profit or revenue-sharing arrangement? Is the ''aggrement'' for two businesses to be ''affiliates'' documented in any standard manner?

Re: Business Affiliate
There is no standard method for companies to become "affiliated." Depending upon what the companies seek to achieve through the affiliation, an attorney would structure the affiliation differently. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss the matter further.
