Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My business bank account was mistakenly credited with a deposit from a payroll company that was doing my payroll, state and federal taxes. I canceled their service months ago, and thought that thier deposit was the money they were holding for my taxes. I have spent the amount they deposited. Now they want that that money back. Am I liable to pay this money back?

You would need to determine if you were entitled to the money. If it was truly a mistake and was money to which you were not entitled, you will likely be liable to the company to return the it.
