Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
using business name
bought business 10/96 along with the name.Inc.soon after.Now we find out old owner is still using our business name for licensing(county)also in a computer ad.What can we do?

You need to review your contract and documents signed at closing to determine your rights. The best way to proceed would be to meet with the attorney who represented you in the business purchase and seek his/her advice.
