Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
business contract
Hello!
I would really appreciate if somebody can help.
I am about to start a cleaning business and I created a contract which will be sign between me and my future customer to perform a cleaning service of their area, but I have a problem with writing the last section of this contract: I dont know the proper legal wording for it. I would like to say in this section that I have rights to sell this customers account to a new owner of my business and somehow eliminate prevention of customers to do business with a new owner.
Can somebody help to express this in a legal language?
Thank you.

Re: business contract
I recommend that you retain a lawyer who can meet with you, discuss the nature of your business, and the issues involved in your proposed agreement. I can assist you in this matter, if and only after we execute an engagement agreement and secure a modest fee retainer.
