in the contract it states '' in even of default'' seller may declare all of the obligations to be immadiately due and payable:
maker files for relief under title 11 or any amendment thereto, or an involuntary petition is filed against maker pursuant to the code which petition is not dismissed within 30 days
I went out of business and i was wondering what can he do to me and what does this mean, the promissory note i signed i owe 175,000.00 plus interest , only assets i have are my car and 50,000.00 in stocks and bonds can he touch them?
