can all business contracts signed in Fl be cancelled with 30 days notice?

No. Certain consumer contracts may have a short cooling off period (3-10 days) where they can be cancelled and these are controlled by state of federal consumer laws. All other contracts can only be terminated in the manner set forth in the contract itself or if the parties otherwise come to an agreement to terminate the contract.
