Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Business and Deed Restrictions
Hello, I am looking at starting an LLC to do graphic media work out of my home. This work will require no vehicle or foot traffic to my home from clients. Other than an occasional UPS truck dropping off office supplies I may order from time to time.
My Convenant for my subdivison for bids operating a business out of my home.
I can understand people in a subdivision not wanting increased traffic in there neiborhood from business being conducted. But if the type of business one is going to conduct is one with no business traffic comming to the home, Then is there away around this in a convenant that states one must not conduct business from a home.
If there is no way arround this is it okay to use a UPS store mailbox as the business address and still work out of your home??

Re: Business and Deed Restrictions
If you have a deed restriction that does not allow it, there is really no way around it. On the otherhand, if there is no "traffic" from your business and packages are delivered elsewhere, then it is likely that no one will know.
