Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I have a business in florida with a partner. We own it 50/50.I would like to sell it to him but he refuses. Can I close the business and split the assets? If so can I then start over by myself and solicit our previous customers?

Partnerships can be dissolved per Florida statutes. If you cannot do it, contact an attorney.
