Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Business
I have a home based business in an open rural area. The county majestrate said to stop operating for personal and public service. Stop doing business. Does this mean remove my equipment from my building. Do they have the right to make me remove the equipment from my property if I've stopped doing business. They suugested that I file special use permits and rezoning and I am doing so, if I get the rezoning I'll open then if not then I'll decide to get rid of the equipment, it's my right isn't it?

Re: Business
A lot more facts are needed. What is the business? What is the ordinance? What is the claim that was brought and the specific decision? You probably should call a lawyer and not rely on a posting source.
