I need to know where I have to go for some info in opening a floating bar in Brevard county, Fl. How does the business need to be setup and what license do I need for a Beer/Wine with food.

You would be wise to set up a business entity like an LLC to limit your liability. There are various licenses you would require. I could advise you on this, and you could save money by doing the footwork yourself. You will of course need to have an Internet presence, and this is what my firm focuses on...helping people get their business online safely.
