NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such information, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.
Without reviewing whatever written agreement there is between the parties, it is impossible for any attorney to provide any advice. Prior to filing suit, both parties may wish to meet with a professional mediator to try and resolve the dispute. Failing such, you may need to file an action to dissolve the partnership (if that is the correct legal entity between the parties). You would be well advised to seek representation by counsel.

Re: business law
I would suggest you call the other partners to discuss this situation. If you
do not get any quick resolution feel free
to contact my office or send me an e-mail
to me to discuss further. If this is effects cash flow and the ability to pay
the expenses of the business - deal with this now.
Re: business law
Wihtout reading your agreement, no one can answer properly.
Re: business law
If an informal agreement won't work, you will have to sue your partner for dissolution. My firm has substantial experience with these matters, feel free to contact us.
Re: business law
You mention "partner." Is there a partnershkp agrrement? If so, first look to the contract.
Second, what company owes him money? I would suggest his domino's business owes the shopping center money for a lease despite any funds owed to him personally or through a separate entity.
FACTS MATTER. Please consult with an attorney.
