Business law question
i sold my portion of a business to my partner who bought me out. we agreed on monthly payments for the buyout. I have recieved payments except for the last five payments. My business partner has failed to continue the payments and doesnt care to finish payments. how my i persue for the rest of my payments?

Your agreement should spell out your remedy. If you had no written agreement you will have to pursue your claim in court.
