Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Our Business neighbor hit my husband headon in March of 09 and even though all the claims were paid by their insurance, his wife claims he was not at fault and now has a sick vendetta against us and our business. She threatened us in a letter to report us to the authorities and is constantly taking pictures and making reports to every enforcement agency possible, she is relentless. She seems to be hell bent on somehow recouping the insurance money that her insurance paid by getting authorities to fine us (she has not succeeded in getting us fined, which fuels her vendetta even more). Even when they are not working they come by to spy on us! When is this called harrassment and when does it stop, it is getting ridiculous. My husband has High Blood Pressure and I suffer from Anxiety since my son's death. Can't they be stopped?

Sounds like you need a court order injunction. That's not a business question, but a civil litigation question. Consult with a civil litigation attorney.
