Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My business partner forged my name and signature and fraudulently had me removed as president and a shareholder from Florida registered corporation. What are my legal rights and what are the consequences he would face?

There are both criminal and civil implications for his actions. You could report him to the police or the state attorneys' office to initiate criminal prosecution. You could also initiate a civil action for damages and injunctive relief in order to re-aquire your company.
