2 partners S Corp in Florida business- partner's ex-wife and children in N.J. and there are constant problems. Partner owes back child support ......can there be or can she cause any problems for the corporation????

You should consult with an attorney to determine the best way to make sure you and your partner do not lose control of the company to the ex-wife. E.g., make sure she can not get your partner's rights to vote his shares in the corp.
