business rights
my son was in a car accident and they said it was his fault. We had no insurance on the car her was driving and my question is we really dont have any assets but we do own a small business which is incorporated. Can they touch the business?

yes-since you(legally ?)own the car -they could sue you and your son-However,it is imperative you protect your assests- which I can give you advice about-so if you need help call me at my office or send me an e-mail as to how I can reach you.

They cannot go after the corporation, just the owner and operator of the vehicle.
