I subcontracted for a company.We have a contract but they will not pay because they think I am to small to sue.How do I start legal action myself.

You might be able to go through small claims court. Check your county website. Othewise, have an attorney work on this.

Retain the services of a collection lawyer. If you wish, go to your local court and sue.
