Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Canceling A Business Venture
My wife & I signed up with an internet marketing company. A sizable investment was made through the original company and another associated company. Shortly after our daughter's wedding last year, my wife & I found ourselves on opposite shifts at work and were unable to devote time to develop the business venture. Are we doomed to a total loss on this venture? Would there be any legal basis for us to recoup some of our investment?
