Can I change an LLC to a non profit?

No.
501(c)(3) is a Federal tax exempt status granted to certain qualifying corporations; it is not a type of entity.
The non-profit organization must first be structured and registered as a corporation. Then, the corporation may request tax exempt status.
There is no way to 'convert' an LLC to a corporation, to the best of my knowledge.
