Checks Bouncing from concumer, need Help
I just started a Home Inspection business. I have been burned two times now on consumers giving me a check that bounces and not paying them at a later time. The checks are about 350 dollars each. What are my options, on collecting the money back from the payee? Its been about 4 weeks now and no luck on recovering the money. Any help on what I can and can't do would be appreciated.

There is a "worthless check letter" that can be sent certified mail which demands 4x the amount of the check if they do not pay within 3 days and threatens criminal action if not paid within 7 days. For assistance you may contact the undersigned.
