Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
City of Weston Florida required anyone who does business within city to have Business Tax Receipt. The problem is I do not have business and work full-time for an employer on another city. My son does not live in the city and also work full-time for his employer at anouther city. My ex-husband have a business but he lived in Orlando after divorce. City of Weston is continuing harrassing me with Broward County Sheriff as code enforcement officer and wanting me to appear in front of this Special Magistrate. I am the only member who live in the City of Weston.
