Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
can a club send you a letter that states "we are going to invoice/charge you $25 for a holdiday gratuity for the staff" UNLESS you notify us NOT to charge you"
This is in the state of Florida, but I thought that it is against the law to invoice someone automatically, IF they dont respond to a NON recurring charge?

The answer probably depends on the terms and conditions of the membership agreement you have with the club.
