Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Commissioning art from an guy who asked to be paid up front, but has yet to produce said art for over three years. Contact has been kept, and promises have been mode on progress, but not kept. What can I do to spur the artist into action and get on the ball? What rights do I have if he refuses to produce?
