Do companies in FL have to have air conditioning in their buildings?

No, but I can envision a situation where failure to have AC could lead to other health code and building code violations -- such as toxic mold and insect infestation. I can't be more specific without knowing if this is a LL/T situation and some other details. I am assuming this is commercial property, but I'm not positive you are not saying that a company owns residential property.
