Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
company closure,retirement
the company my wife has worked for the last 29 + years, has closed her division.she is losing much of her retirement she has worked for.she was within a few months of having her 30 years, and full retirement.
she has recieved her seperation package, and in the wording is advised a time frame where she can seek legal consul,or except the package as is.
my question is,are there any options worth pursuing to attempt to get her full retirement?

It depends on what is in the paperwork. She should sit down with a lawyer.
