I have a company in Delaware, Massachusetts, and Florida. My company is under investigation by the IRS, DOJ, SEC, Florida Attorney General, and Fl. Dept. of Revenue. What state has jurisdiction over tis case? (It is incorporated in Delaware and principal place f business Massachusetts, and big branch in Florida)

That depends. What did the company allegedly do that was illegal? It may have committed several illegal acts in different jurisdictions. It's also possible for a single action by the company to trigger investigations -- or more -- in more than one jurisdiction. You seem to think only one of the agencies you list can investigate your business, and that only one state can prosecute it. That's not how the law works.
