Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
If my company manufactures a product for another company to sell under their own label, does my company information have to be on the packaging as the manufacture?

As a Franchise Attorney all I can say is it depends on a couple factors. One, what kind a product are we talking about - shirts, food, etc. A food-type product requires more, like truth in labeling, etc. Second, how does your contract with th other company address this issue? If it doesn't, it should. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
