Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
A company offering AT HOME work to its employees. Work is performed ONLINE. Employees utilize their OWN computers ( with company provided software) . Company NEEDS access to employees computers for technical troubleshooting ONLINE. What are the legal ramifications? I would think a clause in their Telework Agreement should suffice , but do not know for certain.

A clause in their Telework Agreement would suffice for what? I see confidentiality issues (for company clients) and the need for consent if the company must access the computers. Contact an attorney for a full review of liability issues and to draft the employment agreement. Regards,
