Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
A company that you used to work with but no longer do,is using an old picture of you on their web page.No only the picture but also has you name under the picture.No written permission was ever given.Me and the company went separate was 5 yrs. ago.

Are you certain that you didn't provide permission in some agreement you signed with the employer years ago (it may have had multiple clauses)? If not, contact an attorney for a consultation. Regards,
